Miso Soup recipe

This comforting miso soup offers a harmonious blend of savory flavors and delicate textures. Adjusting the quantity of dashi can intensify the broth’s depth, while the choice between yellow, white, or red miso paste allows for variations in sweetness, creaminess, and saltiness. Yellow miso lends a gentle, sweet creaminess, whereas red miso delivers a richer, more robust flavor.
