  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or avocado oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, dried basil, dried thyme, dried oregano, salt, and pepper until thoroughly blended.
  2. Lightly coat each chicken breast with olive oil, then evenly rub the herb mixture over all surfaces of the meat.
