- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, dried basil, dried thyme, dried oregano, salt, and pepper until thoroughly blended.
- Lightly coat each chicken breast with olive oil, then evenly rub the herb mixture over all surfaces of the meat.
- Arrange the seasoned chicken breasts in a baking dish and bake for 20–25 minutes, adjusting for size as necessary. After baking, allow the chicken to rest for several minutes so the juices redistribute before serving.
