Air Fryer Bacon
Making bacon in an air fryer gives you ridiculously crispy strips with far less grease than regular (yes, still a little grease — toddler loves bacon) and a more cleansing but still delicious alternative. Paired with sandwiches or served alone, this preparation delivers golden perfection, again and again.

Start by laying the bacon in the air fryer basket in a single, even layer. Do not stack the pieces on top of each other, because that makes it difficult for all of their surfaces to crisp. How many rashers you can fit in to the air fryer will depend on the size of your air fryer.
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C, then add the streaky bacon. Cook for 6-10 minutes, 6 minutes will give you a tender texture, 10 minutes will cook it to a crisper finish. Back bacon will take approximately 4-8 minutes based on your preferred doneness. If making more than one batch, note that subsequent batches may cook more quickly because of residual heat.
After cooking the bacon to your liking, transfer the cooked bacon to a plate lined with paper towels using your tongs to soak up any extra oil. For best texture and flavor, serve immediately.
